Amy King

Amy's love of fitness stemmed from the ideal of improving not only personal fitness but the creation of a balanced and maintainable lifestyle. After becoming a certified PT Amy went onto further her training within the industry, gaining qualifications in Pilates and pre and post natal fitness. 


Amy's approach to training is that all progress is important, inspiring a fun and maintainable atmosphere in one-on-one sessions and classes, while promoting a big focus on lifestyle and the mindset taken towards fitness and health. ​Encouraging realistic goals and recognising that everyone is different. Helping you to get the best out of yourself and your body whilst being by your side each step of the way.​


I can 100% recommend Amy not only is she really friendly and professional she will also push you to your limits and get you to those fitness goals you desire. I know every session she will push and motivate me to get to my full potential. Even after the session she will help with at home/Gym workouts to keep you on track to reach your goals.
